Yeah, you know another fun factabout about job attracting and hunting. In August, I think four percent ofthe workforce quit. It's freaking crazy for percent of the US workforce quit.Let's great resignation. That's what they call it's amazing, so to speaking tothat point, what's your tip? Give... your strategy. How do youattract great people to your company when four percent of the workforce is leaving?The workforce. Yeah, you know, I think a lot of this aslike a lot of companies are like, okay, like who do we needto hire? What are they looking for? How do we be that? Likehow do we make sure we please everyone? Not Fuck that. Thatdoesn't work right, and I think people see through it immediately. I thinkwhat you, as a company, need to do is look inward and likehey, like, what do we care about? What do we believe in? Why do we exist? What's our mission? Right, and hold incrediblytrue and tight to that and like that. Let that be kind of the gravityand core of what you say day in and day out to the market, to your potential talent, to your customers, etc. Right, youknow, for Blueboard, we are an experience company. You know, it'swhat we've been since day one and we exist to how people challenge our comfort. So it's indulge in their passions and trying things like. That's what wedo. Like, we're not like ai...

...or machine learning or like big data. Right, we're experiences and so like, if you love experiences, we worwill partly resonate with you. If you don't, if you're more ofa things person, or if you don't really kind of get experiences like,you know, it's not going to be for you guy, and so likethat's fine, but you know, we're going to find better people, they'regoing to stay longer and they're going to be even more productive when they knowwho we are and why why we do what we do. One of the stories that comes to mindfor me is, you know, in eighteen nine hundreds, there was Antarctickind of British explorer Edward Shackleton, and you put a poster up around Londonto kind of get crewmates to come aboard his voyage. and rather than kindof telling how amazing the voyage is going to be and, you know,like you know the the name they're going to make for themselves as like theyexplorers say an Arctica, he basically was like like kind of you know,crew wanted, and he listed out the ten reasons why you're likely going todie, literally, I think, on...

...the on the on the on theFlyer and said certain death. And at the end of it he was likebut guaranteed it will be the adventure of a lifetime and you will never forgetit, even though you may die, and that attracted the crew right,because when they came on it was a freaking shit show. Right, peopledied. You're going in Arctica in the eighteen hundreds, right, and youneeded you needed that level of Grit, right, that level of like Iknow I may die and I don't care to be able to be successful ina voyage like going in Arctica in the eight hundreds. Right. And sonot only did he attract great people, but he tricked the right people forhis company before for his voyage. Sorry, but it's kind of like a storyI always go back to, of like, let's be true to whowe are. It's fine to say, well, we have what we don'thave figured it out right. It's important to lead with that because you know, you know, no one's perfect,... company's perfect, and the peoplethat you know like that stage, that like the you know, kind oflike some of like the daily like fire drill, sometimes those are the peoplethat are going to thrive at your company. So, anyways, I think kindof the the message is beat true to the mission, lead with thatand don't be afraid to talk about all of the Shit. That's kind ofa new closet. I love it. Great, great advice and and reallythe only scalable advice, because keeping track of all the things that you aren'ttrying to lie about it as exhausting, so might as well just be authenticand honest.
