That'strying to help sales. People find the right employer and employers find theright sales people and we're going to ask Mike. What's the number one key toprofessional success now before we get there, we want to think our sponsorFriday. Mike Welcomeback to the show, thank you and thanks again for having me we're excited tohave you so we're going to put one question to you today and that questionis, in your opinion, what's the number... key to professional success and whyI believe that the key to success for text sales, professional is drive inperseverance and the reason that I believe that is because, throughout allthe different sales people that I've worked with both as an individualcontributor and for many years as a leader, the attributes that separatethe C B performers from the a rock star sales raps is work ethic, its drive,it's the determination to be successful and it can man its manifest itself inseveral different ways. You know it can manifest itself with simply you knowputting an extra time making extra calls. It can manifest itself in theteam format, with raps, taking the extra effort to be a team Le to helpingtheir peers or help ramp junior raps as...

...they come on board or help a rap who's,transitioning from str to say a junior, a euro. You know sales leaders look forthe rats who have that extra gear that extra bit of gasoline in the tank thatare going to you know come hell or high water they're going to make it happen, and so I've looked for. I believe that it's helped me get to where I am as aprofessional and, of course, when I'm hiring raps when I'm looking to promoteraps. I look for that. You know that the individuals who have that extradrive determination- you know the ones that are willing to put in the time, nomatter what you know earlier in the week you mentioned that that was one ofthe light bulbs that went off in your head. When you saw the the sales rapsat I PRI and you know originally big do is work ethic, something that you cancreate. Is it something that's just...

...intrinsic or do you think you candevelop work ethic? If you don't have it originally or drive or motivation? Ido think you can develop it and I think it's a part of that development comeswith the culture of your company and of your sales team. It's probably easierto develop that culture with individuals who have that that extrayear that drive, but I absolutely think that work out it can drive, can befostered by a sales team's culture.
