Now before weget there, we want to think our sponsor Friday. Fundamentals is brought you byoutreach. Customer engagement with intelligentautomation, outrace makes customer facing teams more effective andimproves visibility into it really drives results. Now. Tiffany welcomedback to the show. Thank you for having this Sam. We're excited to have you soour question to you on this beautiful sunny Friday. Is this: what's your number one piece of advicefor people that are early in their career? My number one piece of advice is: justdo it so sorry Nike, but it's true just do it just and when I say just do it Imean just do it whatever it is just email, the person just call the personjust go to the interview just apply just try just try, because, especiallywhen you're early on women, specifically we get paralyzed by what.If I make the wrong choice? Well, you don't know any of the choices right nowso make a choice. Just do something, and then, if you do something, you willlearn very quickly what you like and what you don't like, and it's just asimportant in your career, to learn what you don't like, because then you canstart to look for more more opportunities that have more of whatyou do like and, as you keep going, you keep learning you keep iterating andkeep trying you keep ab testing to see.

What's working and what's not, I had apoint in my career where I was learning and testing and something came up thatwas completely outside of what I'd done the last fifteen years and I thoughtwell, you know what I should try that I've been doing this so long, I've beendoing digital marketing and selling digital marketing. I should trysomething else and I tried it and it lasted about eight months. I was likeno didn't like that. So what was it? What was that thing? So that wasactually working in one of the rules I was at. I was selling recruitment atthe time and I'd never done that before and I wanted to try it and it lookedinteresting and I realized once I did it. I was like wow yeah. No, this isnot my jam, so I went back to selling digital marketing because I think it'sso important. I think it's still important to keep trying things and ifsomething comes up, it sounds awesome to give it a shot. FIRST CASE SCENARIO:it doesn't work out in that instance it didn't, and that was okay, I'm still intouch with those people. I'm at linked in now create opportunity, but Idefinitely learned a lot along the way I love it, and so that you know it's forthat. That advice is specifically for people that are particularly early inyour career. I think, maybe, when in your you know into your second or thirddecade at work, maybe you have to be a bit more careful about the decisionsthat you make if you're specifically trying to create an outcome. But yourpoint is when you're early in your carer, especially just don't overthinkevery decision just give things a try, so that you'll know what you like asyou grow. As that. Does that sound about right? That's absolutely right! Ilove it. If folks want to reach out to remind us what's, the best way to getin touch linked in would be the best way so hit me up on Lindon, or you canemail me t hindfell at Linkin Com and I'm on club house as well and reallyenjoying that awesome and if folks want to reach out to me, you can you canreach me Lindon for lash. The word in for clash am of Jacobs thanks again toour sponsor outreach. The number one sales engagement platform, tiffanythanks, so much will be in our guest on the show this week.
