...still for us that crunch base has beenand will continue, be to teach them to think like business people, and whatthat means is is something to think a little bit more broadly than sellingand sales process and kitting in the weeds on some of those things. Thosethings are they're necessary and we do those things, but we also want to teachpeople to develop the ability to like to continually pick your head up out ofthat and understand the business context of what is happening right now.Then it means like something as simple as like: Do you really know what yourprospect business is like? What do they do, and why does that matter right?What are their products and who uses their products and why? What iscurrently happening in the market to that company? You know it could beanything from like external things like news to, but other things internallylike hey, have they gotten funding or have they not done funding in a while?Do Look at things like how that company is performing? Are there like? Are theyhiring? What roles are they aring for?...

Are they not hiring, because if youview your interactions with with prospects, that way, you'll be able toappreciate a lot more of their perspective on the kind of the salesprocess you're trying to bring them into, you will choose better prospectsfor yourself. You will engage with them more intelligently and you'll be ableto handle any situation that you find yourself in with that prospect orothers for down the road, and also just internally like within, with beingsomeone who runs Orisa. It will also you internally to understand. You knowthe different functions that you're working with the company and how theygo about their businesses of the I that the constraints and and advantages ofeach of the siparations have I love it. It's fantastic and not enough people,not enough people are focused on understanding the business of businessin general, especially salespeople, and it also leads to a lot of poor decisionmaking within an organization when you get into a leadership position, and Iont have a perspective on how businesses actually operate exactlyyeah, I mean it's a you. ...around you know out there, companiesthat are super successful most of their leadership teams. The people there'slike the C X, O suit. They come from a background of builders and sellersright and the reason why they got up to that level is somewhere along the waythose builders and sellers learn to think beyond, simply building andselling, but more about business themselves and some of those things youjust said- and I believe you know that's a t not only makes people bettersales folks when they're working at a crunch base, but if we can teach themthose things they can grow and we give them given them kind of a very, veryeverlasting.
