Thank you saying what's the key to building a world class organization? We can say sales organization, but I think the answer applies to more than just sales. In your opinion. I don't think there's any secret sauce around this. Like when I was early in my career, you know, as an individual contributor, I always wanted to find organizations where I thought they would challenge me to learn more and to take on more if if I was able to deliver results and so career growth. I think as a as an early career professional, find organizations that will invest in you to help you grow your knowledge base in your career. And then, on the flip side, if you're if you're an organization that wants to attract the best talent, you have to give those people paths, an opportunity needs to grow...

...not only up but across an organization's and I think what we've built a zoom info enables that to occur. Like I my the happiest moments are the moments when the moments as a sales leader when I get the most joy are when I log into Linkedin at the end of every quarter, every half, and I see the you know dozens or you know hundreds of promotions that happened inside of our sales organization. Um, you know SDRs to a ease, a s two, a m a M s two as specialist sales people, two managers. Like giving people multiple paths for Growth, I think is critical to building a world class organization because the retention of talent and the retention of knowledge has such a driving impact on not only the culture but your ability to deliver consistent results. It's so important as an organization to build a career growth, a set of growth paths for for your your people to stay happy and to...

...stay challenged. How long did it take you at Zu Mempho to sort of flesh out the full trajectory? You know, when I joined they had an amazing path inside of our new business organization, already built Sam so like the SDR, two senior SDR to a e two different types of a pass was like pretty well formulated. But as you build multiple sales organizations inside of a business, those paths ceased to only be straight line, and so I think we've, you know, it's taken us three and a half years and every time, you know, you launch a new product or acquire a new company, there are more paths that you can add to the to the bag. But we're still working on that today, although I think even in the last three months we've done kind of a release around the new version of this. That's the best of what we've had to offer the organization to this point. Awesome, Tim remind us. If folks want to get in touch with you,...
